You must also acknowledge

• There could be dangerous animals on property – The house is seated on a hill with a big forest behind it so keep in mind that you are in a rural area.
• Must climb stairs – 2 flights of stairs, main floor is at entry level one stair to the 2nd floor and one stair to the lower level.
• Security deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000.
• Surveillance or recording devices on property – Video Surveillance around the house but all camera’s are looking away from the house and to keep it as private as possible.

Additional rules

– No shoes, no smoking, no parties, no visitors. Please respect our home and our neighbors, if you are planning to party this is not the house for you. ONLY confirmed guests & their vehicles can be at the house at ANY TIME! As a rule of thumb, 10:00 pm is the cut of time for any excessively loud noise outside.

Max speed on our driveway is 5mph! There are routinely wild animals, neighbors children & pets walking around. Be courteous towards our neighbors.

Hot tub- please make sure you shower and rinse off the soap well before using the hot tub!

Trash / recycling- All trash and recycling must be secured in trash bag before placing in outside trash cans at the beginning of the driveway.

Ants/mice- Please keep all the food stuff , sugar etc in the fridge as it attracts the ants and little bugs.

Must have 4 wheel drive during wintertime as our driveway is quiet long and slightly uphill, icy conditions are possible and snow can happen anytime before snow plowing arrives.
